2. What are the main divisions of Adastra?

Adastra has two main directions:

Adastra Heritage — heritage-inspired jewellery, selected ready pieces, custom references and international orders.

Adastra Gold — gold jewellery manufacturing, private label, sampling, buyer briefs and trade access for retailers, wholesalers and brands.

Adastra Silver - silver jewellery manufacturing in mass for retailers, wholesalers and distributors across the globe.

Adastra Heritage

4. What is Adastra Heritage?

Adastra Heritage focuses on jewellery inspired by royal, vintage and historical forms. It includes selected ready pieces as well as made-to-order and custom reference-based jewellery.

5. Can I order an old Adastra piece again?

Yes, where feasible. You can share an old Adastra image or reference, and our team will review whether the piece can be recreated, adapted or made in a similar direction.

6. Are all Heritage pieces ready to ship?

No. Some Heritage pieces may be ready, while others may be made to order. Availability will be confirmed after enquiry.

7. Can Heritage pieces be customized?

Yes, many Heritage pieces can be discussed for customization, depending on design feasibility, material, size, stones and production requirements.

8. Do you accept international Heritage orders?

Yes, international enquiries are accepted. Shipping, customs duties, import taxes and local charges are handled by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Adastra Gold / Trade

9. What is Adastra Gold?

Adastra Gold is the manufacturing vertical of Adastra, focused on gold jewellery production for retailers, wholesalers, brands, private labels and trade buyers.

10. Who can request Trade Access?

Trade Access is meant for jewellery retailers, wholesalers, brands, private-label buyers, institutional buyers and other business customers approved by Adastra.

11. Is Trade Access automatically approved?

No. Trade Access requests are reviewed manually. Submission of the form does not guarantee approval.

12. What happens after I submit the Trade Access form?

Our team reviews your details. If approved, we may contact you with next steps or share access to the private Gold catalogue.

13. Is the Gold catalogue public?

No. Adastra Gold Select is private and password-protected. Catalogue access is shared only with approved buyers.

14. Can I share the private catalogue with others?

No. Private catalogue links, passwords, images, designs, pricing and product details are confidential and should not be shared outside your approved business team.

15. Can I place an order directly from the Gold catalogue?

Not automatically. The catalogue is for review and enquiry. Final pricing, specifications, timelines and order terms are confirmed separately.

Manufacturing

16. Does Adastra offer complete in-house manufacturing?

Yes. Adastra supports the jewellery manufacturing journey from design development, CAD and sampling to production, finishing, quality control and dispatch.

17. What kind of jewellery does Adastra manufacture?

Adastra works across categories such as rings, earrings, chains, bracelets, pendants, necklaces and private-label jewellery, depending on buyer requirements.

18. Which karats does Adastra work with?

Adastra can work across 9kt, 14kt, 18kt and 22kt gold, depending on order requirements and feasibility.

19. Do you manufacture plain and studded jewellery?

Yes. Adastra can work across plain gold, CZ, lab-grown diamonds, pearls and gemstone-based designs, depending on buyer brief and production feasibility.

20. Can retailers share their own design brief?

Yes. Retailers, brands and trade buyers can share references, buyer briefs, target weights, karat preferences, stone requirements and category needs.

Custom Orders

21. Do you accept custom jewellery orders?

Yes, custom and made-to-order enquiries are accepted where feasible.

22. How does the custom order process work?

The general process is:

Reference / brief → feasibility review → quotation → confirmation → production → quality check → dispatch

23. Can you make a replica of a reference image?

Not always. References are used to understand the desired direction. Final output may vary due to material, stones, craftsmanship, structure, size, budget and intellectual property limitations.

24. How long does a custom order take?

Made-to-order jewellery usually takes approximately 30 days, depending on design complexity, material availability, stone sourcing and production schedule.

25. Can I cancel a custom order?

Custom and made-to-order pieces are generally not eligible for cancellation once confirmed or once production-related work has started.

Shipping & Returns

26. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international orders are accepted where feasible.

27. Who pays customs duties and import taxes?

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local charges and clearance-related costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

28. Can I return a ready piece?

Returns or exchanges for ready pieces may be considered only if the piece is unused, unaltered, in original condition and approved by Adastra after review.

29. Can I return a custom or made-to-order piece?

Custom and made-to-order pieces are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a proven error from Adastra’s side.

30. What should I do if I receive a damaged package?

Please contact us immediately with photos/videos of the package, product, courier label and delivery condition. Do not discard packaging until the issue is reviewed.
