Return Policy

We have a 7 Days return policy and a 30 Days exchange policy. Products are accepted for Credit or Exchange only.
Products priced at $2500 and above are ineligible for Refunds and Returns.
We only accept returns if the product is received in its original condition. No Return or Exchange for Custom Made Order. However, it is necessary to make sure
• The original tag is not removed
• The product is unused
• The product is not worn
• The product is not altered
• The product is not damaged
• The product is not a customized product
• The product is received in original packaging.
We request you to contact us before you initiate a return to help you process and give you the right guidance. In case you choose to return your purchase, please return with original tags, invoice, certificate, and packaging
Adastra holds rights to decline returns and charge you for faulty or abused products. In such a case, Adastra will ship the item back to the customer and charge them with the shipping and well as return cost.
Kindly print the shipping label provided in your account dashboard to return the product and attach it to your package.

1. To ensure a smooth return experience, please be aware that items must be returned with all original tags attached and packaging intact. If tags are missing, cut, or packaging is not included, a 20% restoration fee will be deducted from your refund.
2. When purchasing with store credit for a returned product, customers are not eligible to apply any discounts or purchase products on sale.
3. Store credits are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance.
4. Products purchased with store credit are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

Refund is issued only after receiving the product back at the warehouse and is in the intact condition. In such a case, we will refund you within 24 to 48 hours to your payment method.

Exchanges

You can exchange an item purchased on Adastra Website with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Cancellations

We only accept cancellations within 24 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email at (contact@adastrajewelry.com) with your order number within 24 hours.
