Trade Access Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This Trade Access Policy applies to Adastra Gold Select, private catalogue access, trade enquiries, buyer forms and any gold jewellery manufacturing or private-label enquiry submitted to Adastra Jewelry Private Limited (“Adastra,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By submitting a Trade Access request or accessing any private catalogue, password-protected page, product preview, design reference, price information, quotation or trade communication, you agree to this policy.

1. Purpose of Trade Access

Adastra Gold Select is intended for approved trade buyers, including:

  • Retailers

  • Wholesalers

  • Jewellery brands

  • Private-label buyers

  • Institutional buyers

  • International trade buyers

  • Other business customers approved by Adastra

Trade access is created to help relevant buyers review Adastra Gold designs, category previews, collection concepts and manufacturing capabilities privately.

2. Manual Approval

Submitting a Trade Access form does not guarantee approval.

Adastra reviews each request manually and may ask for additional information before granting access.

We reserve the right to approve, deny, pause, restrict or revoke access at our discretion, without providing a reason.

3. Password-Protected Catalogue

Approved buyers may receive access to a password-protected catalogue page, private link, catalogue preview or other restricted material.

Access credentials, passwords, private links or catalogue information are meant only for the approved recipient or company.

You must not share access details with unauthorized persons, third parties, competitors, manufacturers, vendors or anyone outside your approved business team.

This includes:

5. Design and Intellectual Property

All designs, images, catalogue content, product concepts, collection names, visual references, layouts and written material shared through Trade Access remain the property of Adastra unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Access to the catalogue does not give you ownership or manufacturing rights over any design.

You must not use Adastra’s designs, references, product images or catalogue material to manufacture similar products elsewhere, approach other manufacturers, create copies, or reproduce designs without written permission.

6. Shortlisting Is Not Order Confirmation

Selecting, shortlisting, saving, enquiring about or discussing a design does not confirm an order.

An order is confirmed only when:

  • Design details are finalized

  • Product specifications are agreed

  • Pricing is confirmed in writing

  • Payment or commercial terms are accepted

  • Production timeline is agreed

  • Adastra confirms the order in writing

Until then, all catalogue browsing and enquiries remain non-binding.

Final pricing may depend on:

  • Stone quantity

  • Labour / making charges

  • Quantity

  • Production timeline

  • Buyer specifications

  • Taxes, duties, shipping or other applicable charges

Adastra reserves the right to revise pricing, product details, availability or specifications before order confirmation.

8. Catalogue Availability

Catalogue designs are shown for trade review and discussion.

Adastra does not guarantee that every design shown will be available for immediate production, stock supply or repeat orders.

Production feasibility may depend on:

  • Material availability

  • Stone availability

  • Order quantity

  • Technical feasibility

  • Buyer specifications

  • Quality requirements

  • Commercial viability

  • Forwarding catalogue images externally

  • Copying designs

  • Using Adastra designs with another manufacturer

  • Publishing private catalogue images

  • Misrepresenting buyer identity

  • Submitting false business information

  • Using catalogue access for non-business or competitive purposes

Adastra reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of misuse.

11. Trade Enquiries and Production Orders

Trade enquiries may involve sampling, production planning, private-label discussions, buyer-specific requirements, quality standards, metal terms, payment terms and dispatch planning.

Such terms are finalized separately in writing.

This Trade Access Policy does not replace any formal quotation, purchase order, agreement, invoice, manufacturing contract or buyer-specific commercial terms.

If there is a conflict between this policy and a separately signed agreement, the signed agreement will prevail for that specific transaction.

12. Data and Communication

Information submitted through Trade Access forms may be stored through third-party tools such as Tally, Google Forms, Google Sheets, email or related communication tools.

We use this information to review buyer requests, communicate about trade access, process enquiries and maintain business records.
